The Norwegian Chief Instructors and students are visiting the UK from the 17th
to the 19th March.
We will be holding a training session on Friday at Cascades Leisure Centre
from 7pm to 8.30pm, this will be a weapons training session focusing on the
stick and knife training. All adult students are welcome to attend.
Saturday training session will be focusing on Karate training, kata, pairs
work etc.
Sunday training is a weapons course, the focus will be stick and knife forms
and associated pairs work.
I hope all the black belts are able to attend the training sessions as to
train with the Norwegians is definitely an experience not to be missed, you
will gain so much training with them
