A new training session has been added at Cascades Leisure centre for Karate Kids on Friday at 6.30pm to 7.15pm exclusively for 1st Kyu and above. The session will cover all aspects of 1st Kyu training, Kata, pairs work and application, a must for all 1st Kyuās.
