Weapons Course Sunday 5th February

Weapons Course Sunday 5^th February at Istead Rise Community center Istead Rise, Worcester Close, Istead Rise, Gravesend DA13 9LB.

The event will focus on Knife and stick flow drills, associated pairs work to the stick and knife, empty hand techniques from the eight-box method plus disarms from the stick. We will also take a look at the syllabus to the knife system.
