What an amazing night! I stepped into a cage for the first time in an amateur MMA fight! It was all for cancer research and I managed to raise more than I thought I would, so thank you to all those who donated! I want to say an absolutely massive thank you to those who was able to attend my fight and support me. So thank you Matthew Law, Alan Ball, Becca Pay, Alice Wright, Steve Martin, The Karate parent there (Sorry I donāt know your name) Simon Chambers, Pete Halloran, Shannon Lucas, George Cooper and his girlfriend (sorry I never caught her name). Bob Taylor and the boys from Uni!
A big thank you to Paul Wiffen and his team for great coaching and advice for this night. But, without a doubt the biggest thank you goes out to my opponent. Someone who has loss family to Cancer and decided to get in the cage and do something to raise money. It takes a lot to step in that cage. I have the upmost respect for how you handled yourself in training right up until after the fight. A true gentleman and I couldnāt have asked for a more respectful, and genuinely nice guy to have as my opponent. So thank you.
