Angel Leisure Centre Karate club meets every Monday with separate classes for Children and adults.
Childrenās Training Session
The childrenās classes are divided into two sessions, first is for beginners and intermediates, white belt to blue belt and Advance training session is for the purple belts to black belt students. The beginnerās class is for new students to enrol and to start their martial art journey and to progress through the grades. The second session covers more in-depth training with combinations of kick punch and Kata, prearranged sequence of fighting movements with techniques. Equipment training and partnered pairs work is also covered.
How to enrol into class
Simply come along for a free taster session on Monday children at 5.30pm to see how you get on and to give feedback after the training session. Each training session is structured as a pay and train basis, no monthly fees, just turn up pay Ā£6.00 and train, miss a week no payment, children train for 45 minutes. We take children from the age of five years.Beginners are integrated into class training as we have a number of instructors to be able to take you through your training session.
Adult Karate Training Session
Adults meet at 7.00pm and is structured exactly the same as the children except we have a wide and extensive training programme, pay as you train, fee Ā£8, adults train for one and half hours. Beginners are integrated into class training as we have a number of instructors to be able to take you through your training session.
